Roast a few papads and crush them properly in a bowl. Take some sev or bhujia, crush and mix with crushed papad. Add coriander leaves, chopped spring onions and some red chilli powder. Now, stuff the dough with the papad mixture, roll a paratha and deep fry. Serve it hot with aloo ki sabzi or any chutney of your choice.Please Note :If your papad is already filled with spices, then skip using other masalas. Excess masala may ruin the flavours of the paratha.
You can also dry roast the parathas on tawa, instead of deep frying, to avoid excess oil consumption.
